The Business Analyst [BA] role is the result of the evolving needs from IT-driven Business
operations to improve the requirements of products and services delivered to clients. A BA’s
responsibilities are not only limited to gathering business requirements- but also plays crucial
role in shaping project plan, and occasionally even developing training and implementation
of materials.
A Business Analyst must recognize business processes, provoke requirement based on
stakeholder expectations and business rules, and professionally communicates these to the
