COEPD’s winning path: From Curious start to career smart

Centre of Excellence for Professional Development [COEPD] has established itself as a powerhouse for transforming aspiring individuals into successful Business Analyst [BA’s]. With an impressive track record, COEPD has empowered more than 13,171 students in achieving their career goals through targeted, industry -focused training and unwavering support.

One of COEPD’s standout success stories is that of Sai Priya, a determined young woman who transitioned from civil service aspiration to become an acclaimed Business Analyst. Back to days when she graduated in 2015 and began working for a healthcare company, she noticed colleagues frequently traveling to U.S. for work -a perk that came with chocolates in return. This sparked not only envy but also curiosity and after learning about their role as Business analyst, she found herself drawn to the field.

Initially, Sai Priya was fixated on preparing civil service exams, ambitious to a role that offered both financial stability and job satisfaction. However, the appeal of a career that combined financial rewards with travel opportunities proved irresistible. Alongside a friend, she researched the field of Business Analysis and eventually her search ended up on COEPD, a well-known institute BA training programs.

Her decision to change career paths however met with resistance from family and friends, who felt it was time for her to settle down. Undeterred, she approached her mother for an investment of 30000Rs to enroll in COEPD’s BA training course, promising that she would make name for herself and her family within 2 years.

With COEPD’s support, Sai Priya found confidence to chase her ambition. Venkat sir’s webinar gave her the concluding assurance she needed, while her mentor, Pawan sir, provided encouragement, assuring her that strong communication skills and English Proficiency were more critical than technical knowledge.

Following her certification, she secured a position qualified analytics and soon led a major project for Coco-Cola, developing an AI driven project that gained international acclaim. Her achievement was not only appreciated within her company but also earned praise from Coco-Cola delivery head, marking a milestone in her career and fulfilling her aspiration for job satisfaction and financial independence.

Today Sai Priya remains connected with her mentors at COEPD and often reaches out for guidance. Reflecting on her journey, she credits COEPD’s trainers for their untiring support and guidance, which she says renovated her life.
