The BA will ensure that the information will be delivered to the stakeholders through meetings, workshops,emails, status report, weekly meetings and presentations. Effective communication ensures the transparency and keep everyone aligned with project goal. Risk management also play a important role, the BA identify the risk and unclear requirement and change handling request and project delays.Mitigation strategies are developed to minimize the risk and ensure project execution. In agile project, planning and monitoring is a continous process that helps to ensure the project deliverables.In this we go through the process like product owner created user stories then convereted it in a product backlog then sprint team and scrum master decided few backlog products and then start working on that and figure out abd go through process review and meetings then deliver the final products with the help of developers and testing and UAT.
