The approach depends on factors such as project complexity, budget, time, stakeholder availability. Another activity is stakeholder engagement planning.Stakeholders includes client,users, product owner, project managers, developers,testers and sponsors.Stakeholder ensures that the every process is involved the right peolple and reduced misunderstanding and improve decision making. .business analysis governance, It establishes decision-making authority, approval workflows, change management procedures and quality standards. BA also prepares a business analysis information management plan, which defines how requirements and project documents will be stored,organized, version- controlled, and shared.Common tools include JIRA, AZURE,BALSMIQ. Business analysis performance monitoring is equally important, during project execution, the business analyst continously monitors progress to determine whether planned actvities are producing the desired results. Communication planning is another responsibility. The BA will ensure that the information will be delivered to the stakeholders through meetings, workshops,emails, status report, weekly meetings and presentations. Effective communication ensures the transparency and keep everyone aligned with project goal. Risk management also play a important role, the BA identify the risk and unclear requirement and change handling request and project delays.Mitigation strategies are developed to minimize the risk and ensure project execution. In agile project, planning and monitoring is a continous process that helps to ensure the project deliverables.In this we go through the process like product owner created user stories then convereted it in a product backlog then sprint team and scrum master decided few backlog products and then start working on that and figure out abd go through process review and meetings then deliver the final products with the help of developers and testing and UAT.
