Agile vs waterfall

The best Methodology for any project its depends upon the project requirement which methodology we are using . But now a days Agile Methodology is generally high in demand most of the companies using only Agile methodology . As per my experience Agile methodology is the best , If we are using Agile methodology for any project we can track the risk early and also in Agile work happing in sprint, less documentation , in 2,3 weeks we are delivery outcome to the stakeholder and that if any correction occur so we can rectify that on priority basis , so it is beneficial for the company as well we can work small parts so this is the main points we can consider for using Agile method for any project . For Business Analysis Agile method is the best , if we are using agile method the work is happing in small parts so we that we can work properly on every feature in the particular time frame also in the agile method time is not fix and budget is also not fixed while if we use waterfall so the time frame is also fixed and budget is also fixed if their is fixed timeframe for any particular project to we need work on promptly on whole project if lack of resources as well we need to deliver the project on time also we are doing any extra activity and adding feature on the particular project so we need tot take approval form every person involved in the project and its is time consuming we need to follow the process again so this all points need to considered and we can go ahead with Agile Method. In consideration with waterfall we are using Agile method for the projects so we can work on the project in the proper timeframe also we can increases the budget depending upon the work we are doing and we can mitigate the risk on time as well so that we can continue the project in the systematic way . In agile the process is clear easy to understand and work is happing in the small parts so every week we are delivering the product on weekly basis and doing corrections if need and also identity the risk on time so no Hassel need to create at the time on whole product delivery Agile is the best for business Analysis rather then waterfall so most of the product based companies using Agile only its is convenient to handle whole project smoothly. Now a days only Agile method is companies following reason its cost efficient we can find risk early also no time line is fixed so this are the main reason we can consider agile as compare to waterfall . Agile is the iterative and incremental approach work happen in small sprint so the work is complete we can deliver the product then again in nest sprint we will complete another feature and deliver it. Generally startup companies mostly using the Agile method also form software project we can use agile method Also there is no fixed method yet discover but now a days agile is better
