After documenting , ceating diagrams, mockups. development will do the coding part. through out this project Business Analyst will update everything to the stakeholders as well as the technical team if there are any changes. Business analyst will use different methods to gather requirements.BA 's works very closely with designers. So BA's involvement will continue till the solution is successfully delivered and accepted by the stakeholders. Its not all about the IT solution. Based on the problem IT solution or Non-IT solution will be suggested. In today's business world, organizations want digital transformation, as they believe digital initiatives deliver real value and solve actual business problems rather than becoming unnecessary investments. Business Analysis has become essential in modern organizations for several reasons: reduces project failures by identifying the problems early.
