Axure—Axure is a more advanced prototyping tool used to create high-fidelity interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications. It is used for sketch projects; it is used for prototyping, typing some functionality, and some conditions. Prototype A prototype is a representation or simulation of the future system that demonstrates how users will interact with the application. 1. It is a representation of the future system. 2. Focuses on interaction and user experience 3. It can include colors and visual design. 4. It can simulate functionality. 5. It takes more time. 6. It is usually created using digital tools. 7. Used to understand system behavior and user flow Balsamiq—Balsamiq is mainly used to create wireframes and low-fidelity mockups. It also helps represent the basic layout and structure of a screen and is quick and easy to create or modify. Wireframe— A wireframe is a blueprint of the future system/application that shows the basic structure and layout of the interface without focusing on colors, detailed design, or actual functionality. 1. It shows the basic layout and structure of a screen. 2. It has minimal or no colors and visual details. 3. It does not contain actual working functionality. 4. It can be designed very quickly. 5. It can be created manually using paper and pen/pencil. 6. It helps the BA and stakeholders visualize the basic screen structure. 7. It is useful for discussing and validating requirements at an early stage.
