It was not easy to manage them but using the above techniques really helps. It also matters what choice of words we use during our discussion. I took this up as a challenge and ensured I invest proper time with difficult stakeholders. The initial challenge starts when taking approval from the clients to start with the project. That is not it, after the project starts, its not only your external stakeholders that you face difficulty with. You also come across challenges with your team members and developers when a project is started. If you manage to handle a difficult situation, you have won more than half of the battle and rest remains the execution from you and the team to complete the project. Coming to handling challenges in a team, it is important to make every individual aware of what key role they have in the project and what every contribution from their ends adds success to the project. In today's world everyone wants to feel the importance of what they do. Not everyone works to earn money but they work to earn respect, learn things, upskill themselves and feel valued at work. Handling difficult Stakeholders not only helps you to manage situation by gaining book knowledge but also helps you with practical experience.
