In business Analyst there are various various elicitation techniques for understand business goals, identify stakeholders. Elicitation techniques help business analyst to understand the business need and scope, identify the stakeholder in the organization. Elicitation techniques also help in gathering accurate and complete data for the project’s goals
The Elicitation techniques are used for following purposes
1.TO understand the business need: Business Analysis uses elicitation techniques to understand the basic business needs and gathering reequipments to solve the problems and boundaries of the organizations.
2.identify the various stakeholders: Business Analysis uses elicitation techniques to determine the interest of the stakeholder
3.Analyzation and documentation
Elicitation process helps business analysis to determine the mapping the process and flowcharts . it also helps in preparing user stresses case and data modelling etc.

Observation, also known as job shadowing, here used to actively observing stakeholder work environment in the organization and process the activities to gain a deeper understanding of the business reequipments , challenges and work process

Creating a visual representations and interactive model for proposal solution gather feedback from stakeholder and ,validation reequipments
• Survey:
The list of question is prepared and shred among the stakeholder and gather the information for reequipments.

A questionnaire is a systematic way to gather the stakeholders together for quantitative data opinions on specific topics reequipments
