As a New chapter in New Business Analyst Life. A business analyst should have good Domain Knowledge .He or she can track the proper Required Business requirements for Project from the Client side.As a new Business analyst he or she should under stand the language of business requirements from client side.When we will be top to under stand the requirements from the client point of you we can handle the challenge easily to complete the task and can gather proper requirements on time .Next top Challenge is Changing requirements or Scope creep.In a competitive business era based on Review of the product the Requirements of client may change at any point of time. So as a business analyst the total responsibilities will be held on business analyst.After immediate change requirement from client.The Business analyst should conduct a meeting with project manager then based on that he or she need to scope creep the requirements changes in business. Need to handle Outdated system Documentation.Based of requirements the document is prepared and it should be updated by day to day kept ready to tackle or show case to client requirements.When a proper documentation is missing then a lots of challenges need to be faced to complete the project.As as new business analyst Lack of participation in business meetings. As a concern we should be polite with all the team members to collaborate and participate in all the team meetings.To complete particular project in time all the stake holders should participate the scrum meetings and proper elicitation techniques to complete it with all the project team.When ever all the team are not participated in meetings then the required requirements may not gathered then the project may be delayed.And to complete it on time we need to be polite with all the stake holders to complete it on given time slot.Next top challenge is to complete on Timelines is unrealistic. As a new journey into business analyst based on time line given by sales team we need to complete it on agreed time and Then the client will be satisfied.To complete it in time we need to collaborate regularly with stake holders and project manager.In some cases based on client may under stand some situations but as good will we need to try to complete in with in possibilities of given time to handover the project.For the Example if client regularly changes the requirements from client side we should try to make it with all the proper documented requirements then need to complete the project on given time line.And when ever the customer keep asking for the new requirements and as it will big challenge to complete from our end and then the client will be escalated with a backfire. And it will be burden to us to handle the challenge.Every business analyst should have proper listening skills when ever any meetings or documentation sessions are held. When ever a proper documentation is held then we can have the particular circumstances to handle the every hard situation.
