The Business Analyst Plays a very important role in the project success because everything regarding the project requirements and challenges handling held in the hands of business analyst. As a business analyst plays a bridge between the business stakeholders and development team. Once gathering requirements from the business and giving the requirements to development team as per the required requirements. He or she should gather the correct and proper requirements from client side and need to correctly collaborate and conduct meeting with exact stakeholders to get the success story from the project completion. To complete the project in exact timeline the business analyst will be holding lots of stress and burden to complete it as expected by business owner. When any scope creep happens from the client side, he should be able to manage the client to complete the work within the availability requirements and manage a proper stakeholder connection in every part of meetings and scrum calls. After completion of particular development works, he should be able to conduct the User Acceptance Testing sessions with Client as he is accepted the work as per his expectation then the sigh off the project will be completed. Sometime handling client manager is also a part of hard job. When the Business analyst is holding with good communication skills and proper knowledge on domain concept and proper gatherings of stakeholder requirements then as a business analyst can get a easy and conceptual success to complete the project. Firstly, as a business analyst he should know the stakeholders and requirements and objectives of the business. He or she should collect the requirements through workshops and interviews. He or she should analyze the gaps and risks and possible solutions. Business analyst will act as a bridge between business user and Development team. Help developers understand business requirements during development team with the proper timeline. As a business analyst should verify the business needs and problems delivers the correct product at the end. and Because as a business analyst he or she should Gather Requirements and He should analysis it in on time and he should document all the requirements in a Proper documentation as a BRD FRD and user stories he should handling the challenges of business stake holders he should also need to manage the change management as a proper agenda and After Performing the Client UAT. The client should satisfy to it after completing all the complications then the business will be providing certain value to it. As a proper business analyst, he should have knowledge on Business needs and find the proper solutions to it and manage the requirements then he can end the project success goal in time. The business analyst should have good communication with development team supporting team and testing team and the delivered solutions teams meets the business objectives.
